He does the shittiest job of talking to the community. Also, in a lot of appeals / complaints, he is more willing to unban the Chinese players than others. Back on Nostalrius, you were required to speak English in public channels if I recall. Yet, many of them wouldn't follow this rule.

So you're bitching about queue times? Man, it wasn't like many vanilla WoW servers back on retail had crazily long queues! You could be bitching ABOUT literally anything that is a major issue right now, such as quests not deleting properly, the landmines in Gnomer LITERALLY MOVING, the dynamic respawn working poorly in places such as caves (you literally get caved in). If you feel like leveling to 60 and deal with other level-capped players shitting on you, then having to gear up to BWL/ZG and catch up to other raiders, then feel free to play on the old realms!
