@Walgrave - did I ask once in this thread for Thunderfury to gain spell damage scaling back? The answer is no. What I did say was that if you want to get your pre-nerf TF back then we should get our spell damage scaling back on Force Reactive Disk, Venomhide Poison and Lifestealing. I merely pointed out that our TIER SETS were complete garbage from the +healing added on to them from patch 1.6-1.9 (aka 95% of my entire /played on both Nost and Elysium) Nost and now Elysium are following progressive Blizzard timelines so again if you don't like it, go play on Feenix and quit QQing about it.

I'm not talking about Paladin bugs here at all - merely pointing out items which had their spell damage scaling completely removed according to the original Blizzlike progression during Vanilla. Yea, it sucks and I miss these items scaling with spell damage but what you gonna do? I'm not trying to hijack this thread either - if anything I would love to see this nerf reversed cuz my GM Atredes had literally just gotten his 2nd binding the week before. It's all about having perspective on the fact that this is a progressive private server trying to emulate Blizzard's original timeline as much as they can. Tier 1 Lawbringer and Tier 2 Judgement were originally full Retribution sets until 1.6 when they got neutered into +healing pieces of $hit Tier 1 is still +lolhealing but at least now Tier 2 has some of its STR back as well as +spell damage with patch 1.9 even though I lost my fun damage dealing items/spells like Force Reactive Disk, Venomhide Poison and Lifestealing Enchant.

only goes to show that you need to qq moar about blizzlike/progressive timelines you want your TF back, fine then give me back spell damage scaling on - Force Reactive Disk - Venomhide Poison - Lifestealing enchant and we'll call it even mmmk?

Which completely goes against progressive itemization philosophy originally implemented by Nostalrius and continued here on Elysium...if you want 1.12.1 then go play on Feenix. My Tier 2 Judgement set pieces have literally been rotting in my bank for over a year going back to Nost and I've only now brought them out again since the 1.9 patch here.

I am currently using Nightfall with Seal/Judgement of Righteousness for Edema Ruh and my +15% spell dmg debuff uptime is insane - not to mention my passive healing from 8/8 Tier 1 set bonus + Judgement of Light: https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/41595-how-to-top-healing-meters-without-casting-a-single-heal/ The same would apply to Brock/Saphael getting Thunderfury for his 1Hand Ret DPS setup and rotation - in the hands of a Ret the debuff would be up basically all the time. TLDR - I never miss a raid and provide great utility to my guild...and I'm not even Ret spec - I'm 11/26/14 Reck spec so I can also provide Blessing of Sanctuary to our raids as well.

Plask and Judgement back on Emerald Dream abusing Oil of Immolation on an industrial level or TF going to a Ret Paladin here on Elysium aside, what warrior or rogue would want this weapon in its current state? I'm raiding with Edema Ruh now and our GM Atredes got his 2nd binding for his Rogue and made his TF the week before the change. Since it got nerfed from One-Hand to Main-Hand only he is seriously considering not even using it at all and putting it in his bank: https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/40666-request-for-thunderfury-change-to-be-reverted-anathema/ If in the grand scheme of things your number one priority is maintaining the -20% attack speed debuff, then a Ret Paladin using Seal/Judgement of Righteousness will have MUCH higher uptime than a Fury Warrior using TF. Never mind the fact that at 1.9 swing speed, it is not ideal for Fury as a Main-Hand weapon to begin with...

yea it was a joke - my buddy Duplex (he was Holy for raids but got the nod to bid on DPS gear since we PvPed together) bid his entire DKP on Cloak of Concentrated Hatred off of Prophet Skeram in AQ40 - much drama ensued and the guild collapsed as a result from butthurt melee DPS who should learn to... MAYBE BID MORE DKP NEXT TIME!!!

You can put them on the AH since some are decent for twinks or lowbies levelling up but I don't bother - I just vendor them

an easy way to make some gold is to farm Stockades solo - I usually make 5-10 gold in about 10-15 minutes quickly mowing down all the mobs with AoE then selling all the items

It's to show how powerful the Tier 1 set bonuses are when used with Judgement of Light in raid-wide heavy damage boss encounters... It is the ultimate force multiplier when also paired with me swinging Nightfall with Seal of Righteousness for max uptime on the +15% spell vulnerability debuff.

it was upgraded to the full-on Paladin tanking set for a day then reverted back after it appeared that blizzard originally upgraded it in a later patch, not 1.9 that's where things currently stand at the moment
