very much so since Paladins have to scrounge for offset tanking/defensive gear whereas Warriors have loads of it on Tier 1 and 2 and come Tier 3 have so much +def that Blizzard actually had to remove some for other stats instead as they were well over the def cap on tank swap fights, yes taunts make things much simpler but on every other boss fight gearing is the challenge
-
new bug :( Consecration is being Partially Resisted
-
about 90% of the raid bosses in this game are immune to taunt so at best warriors having a taunt is a crutch nothing more besides taunt is on the spell hit table anyway which is why warrior taunts resist most of the time hence why Blizzard decided to make the Tier 3 Warrior set bonus +5% to Taunt and Challenging Shout since Four Horsemen encounter requires multiple Tank swaps in order to kill the encounter point for point a Prot Paladin puts out more threat than a Prot Warrior anyway - especially if he puts up Judgement of Light on the boss - since all that +healing going out to all the melee adds threat to the Prot Paladin
-
are you asking if Judgement of Command should have a chance to proc Seal of Command? if so, then the answer is no
-
He also doesn't say or do anything when he watches Esfand put up multiple ranks of the same Judgement in his streams - nor do any of the Elysium GMs either. How do I know this? Cause I've seen him and multiple Elysium GMs listed in the "Participants" section on Esfand's youtube stream pages and can actually be seen helping him. To be clear - not hating on Esfand at all by writing this but it does smack of hypocrisy considering @Imbaslap and the rest of his cronies shit all over me ad nauseum in that bug report and in these forums... I guess once a douche always a douche.

What is the most wanted class for Dungeons and Raid?

Ret of course! -
the 0.5 sec delay is actually blizzlike
-
FYI @everyone - JoC bug fix inc soon Fix to Judgement of Command scaling
-
the axe nature dmg proc scales with spell dmg if you have any on your gear whereas Hanzo sword is better for hp/mana regen from Seal/Judgement of Light/Wisdom My advice - use both - use the axe when you want to do damage and switch to Hanzo when you need to regen
-
the +5% spell crit talent in the Holy tree boosts your chance to crit with Flash of Light, Holy Light , Exorcism, Holy Wrath and Judgement of Righteousness it does NOT affect Judgement of Command or Seal of Command since those are melee crit based
-
no it doesn't unfortunately - but at the same time that would literally be OP AF

Anathema vs Elysium population numbers :(

Even while the Naxx PTR is up...

Different patch cycles argument aside, this is beyond the pale of what anyone could rationally argue is an ideal situation. I really don't want to have to begin all over again on Elysium just to play Vanilla WoW. -
so u keep original SoR damage even under the haste effects? 2.0 swing speed with 100 SoR dmg 1.0 swing speed with 100 SoR dmg as well?
-
do you keep the normal SoR dmg amount or the hasted SoR dmg amount for the 30 seconds?
-
how many charges per?
-
kek!
-
I don't tank stuff in raids sorry
-
Duki and I were able to prove that 2h spec and 1h spec boost SoR by 6% and 10% respectively since SoR uses weapon damage in its calculation Is there vanilla era evidence that it should boost ALL damage? The links provided by Ratziel above were TBC era evidence in 2007
-
NPC and Boss Knock Back effects are wiping out 100% of tank threat instead of just a % portion yes. but I guess the bug report never got ported over from the original forum reporting to github
-
When it comes to maximizing Ret DPS it's all about maximizing Vengeance uptime. With Lifestealing's high proc rate, it boosts your DPS much more than 30sp. Also, the only you only want 3% melee haste on Nightfall while using SoR.

Darkmoon Card Maelstrom Proc
Theloras replied to Razorwynd's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions
it was previously bugged on anathema but I wrote up the bug report for it and got it fixed since you guys are several patches behind I would imagine you are still using the bugged proc rate https://elysium-project.org/bugtracker/issue/820 ^^^ this was before they migrated bug reports over to github ^^^ -
i was hoping that Brock wouldn't have quit the game since he has TF and was going to go ham on 1hand ret
-
iirc Fiery had 7 PPM but I could be wrong - either way though the enchant is quite useless in either MC or BWL with all the fire immune mobs in both raid instances - making Lifestealing better for PvE for solo grinding Fiery does more dmg, but lifestealing provides better survivability with the self heals, especially as Reck spec as you can get multiple procs in a single bomb
