This thread was asking about speccing Discipline on a Vanilla private server and how exactly it would muster up compared to other classes. That's exactly what I said in my original post in this thread, provided reasoning behind it and then realmplayers links and raid stats parses to show actual evidence of it. +weapon skill does nothing for you in PvP and since you can't cleanse a blind on yourself, going Dorf with Stoneform is better also if you focus on PvP if you focus on PvE then go human but if u wanna go pvp then go Dorf.

JotC R1 +46 Holy Damage JotC R2 +57 Holy Damage JotC R3 +80 Holy Damage JotC R4 +115 Holy Damage JotC R5 +149 Holy Damage JotC R6 +184 Holy Damage If your guild allows multiple Ret Paladins, then I highly suggest that you stack JotC debuffs and use SoC for max +Holy Dmg to the target. Dwarf Paladin = Anti-Rogue I'd rather be able to clear a Rogue's blind with Stoneform any day of the week than have meh Perception - especially as Reck spec - plus people always forget that it also boosts your armour by 10% as well. Paladins can't use that trinket I'm afraid because Blizzard specifically limited availability of +spell crit items to the class (until Tier 3 when they just said fcuk it): Eye of the Beast Binds when picked up Trinket Classes: Priest, Shaman, Mage, Warlock, Druid Equip: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 2%. Hence why Briarwood Reed is BiS pre-raid for Holy Paladins.

Crusader is a $hit enchant for Paladins both Ret or Prot imho seeing as the proc rate for us is abysmal due to not having any instant attacks to help proc it - from my personal testing on Nost it really was that bad.

Yea, that's fine about Fiery Blaze and seeing as we will be using the original Nost core once it transfers over to Elysium, then yes, Lifestealing will be scaling at 43% as it had been back on Nost. Whether that changes over time is anyone's guess but in the mean time enjoy!
