iirc 310 weapon skill is the cap that extra skill wouldn't do anything for you point for point otherwise though zink'rokh blows OEB out of the water with 3.8 vs 3.4 swing speed so not only will your SoC proc more often, it will do more damage when it does

ask @Smiter as he used OEB for a while back on Nost - also what race are you human or dorf?

Both @Smiter and I still believe that Lifestealing is the best Ret and Reck enchant due to its high proc rate and Vengeace uptime help. Crusader is also good but has a much lower proc rate. Fiery is great for pure PvP as it has the highest proc rate of any enchant but completely useless in MC or BWL.

Lifestealing USED to scale with spell dmg but it got nerfed to zero - however - they also fixed another bug which correctly allows it to trigger Vengeance when it crits which is much more important for overall Ret DPS. Use Shadow Oil at your own risk as it would most likely eat up improved shadow bolt debuff charges and make your guild warlocks hate you :P
