it's been in place since day 1 here and given the fact that there is actual vanilla era video evidence showing the /sit mechanic working then any changes to remove it would be on shaky ground at the very least if anyone thought the multiple ranks of the same judgement mechanic argument was over the top, well let's just say they ain't seen nothing yet... smiter and i will compare it against traditional SoC ret once life drains are fixed to scale at 100% of spell dmg and post results then

Neretzek is quite good for SoR Reck spec - I usually get 1 proc per bomb and when it gets fixed to scale at 100% of spell dmg it will hit for 500-600 shadow dmg in my gear and crit for 800-900 plus heal me for the same amount :)

that's for the SEAL - Judgement of Righteousness scales at 50%

the life drains are currently bugged and only scaling at 43% but will soon be fixed to scale at 100% I have not tested shadow or frost oils however

duoduodeaddead and like any true terribad player - he cant do his ganking solo - he needs to be at least 2v1 lol -
Holy Reck would be good with that weapon in PvP - 1shot Horde while healing team to full!

its also x the swing speed of your weapon as well per 1.0 speed: Seal of Righteousness on a one-handed weapon. 22 + (2 * (WeaponSpeed*10) - 30) + (WeaponSpeed*0.092*SpellDamage) = Damage per Second Effectively, SoR gains 9.2% of spell damage per 1.0 of weapon speed. Valtek got so mad that I reck bombed him and his rogue friend in Silithus that he followed me to The Badlands lol! good times :) -
Seal and Judgement of Command are on melee hit/crit and both are able to be partially resisted in PvE only against higher level targets - that is working as intended. Seal of Righteousness was recently fixed so as to not be able to be partially resisted at all even against higher level targets - Judgement of Righteousness can still be partially resisted however in PvE against higher level targets and is on the spell hit/crit table.

yes, im currently 0/26/25 spec as I swing Nightfall for my guild and spec down the prot tree to also provide all 40 people in our raids with BoSanctuary http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#sZVGt0szxZVfotrco For Pure Reck you go 0/25/26 however and put that point into 1/5 Vengeance instead of Sanctuary

they did an overall nerf to how SotC worked back on Nost basically your auto-attacks hit for the same amount of dmg but 40% faster it's more dmg than nothing but SoR or SoC is much better to use overall

and yes JoR hits like a truck but also remember that all Drain Life weapon procs are currently bugged and only scaling at 43% when they should be at 100% https://github.com/elysium-project/server/pull/992

SoR Reck has more overall burst when you stack loads of spell dmg since SoC only has a chance to proc off of the first swing in a reck bomb whereas SoR will not only proc on all 5 swings but also enable trinket/item/weapon procs to trigger as well in those 10 overall attacks :)
