do you have a play-by-play for best talents to choose for ret tree? also, is there a good weapon guide as you level? EDIT: I've only ever leveled as prot, any basic tips for leveling as ret that should be obvious but are obviously not obvious to me? XD

Sageblade is 100% confirmed dropping in MC40. Horde has the recipe at the moment. I am unsure as to whom learned the recipe

Also, It appears that the plans for Titanic Leggings are dropping. IIRC They weren't added to the game until an AQ patch, along with Sageblade plans. That being said, there's a good chance Sageblade may also be in the loot table. Better farm those extra arcanite bars

What's the best way to get defense capped this patch since we don't have access to tribute cloak and bracers from Warlock boss in DM?

I was just messing around, what would your ideal pre-raid FR set be? excluding crafted gear that requires MC40 mats

I don't disagree that 10 year old content isn't a gauntlet of challenges. But if you're using Goon Squad as an example, for being able to 20 man first 3 bosses; that's a mistake. A large portion of goon squad are members of another Horde guild from Nost pve called Deja Vu and having raided with them for the entire portion of Nost pve's up-time; it's not hard to believe they can achieve that. They know all the tricks to farming a full fire resistance set and +healing gear for their fresh 60s. I wouldn't be surprised if their tanks were geared with 200+ FR sets and healers with over 200+ Healing sets each before even hitting 60. Meaning even if they did bring some non-60s to their MC raid; they were geared better than most 60s. And as long as you farmed necessary consumables, you can easily cheese those first 3 bosses. Like I said I don't disagree with you on your points, but referring to the 20 ppl who downed the first 3 bosses in mc40 as an example for why current content is "not difficult" is a bad one.

Just messing around with some ideas. thought it would be cool to come up with a pre-raid fire resistance set involving deathbone Helm - Gyth's Skull of the fire resistance w/ FR Enchant (35 FR) Neck - Drakefire Amulet (15 FR) Shoulders - Dark Iron Shoulders w/ Shoulder enchant (15 FR) Cloak - Wildfire Cloak w/ Enchant (27 FR) Chest - Dark Iron Plate (19 FR) Wrists - Emberplate Armguards (10 FR) Shield - Draconian Deflector (10 FR) Gloves - DB Belt - DB Legs - DB w/ Enchant (20 FR) Boots - DB (+15 FR from set bonus) Trinket - Blazing Emblem (+15 FR) This will give +181 FR and juju gives another 15 FR + 60 from aura putting you at 256 Fire resistance. If needed, you can get an extra +44 FR from two Opal Rings of Fire resistance and a 2nd Blazing Emblem gives another 15 putting you at 315 Fire Resistance cap. I have no idea if this is a bis pre-raid fire resistance setup but just wanted something to look at obtaining once i hit 60 as a reference to myself. Enjoy

Question about holy paladin spec. How important is 3/3 precision? Also, what's the standard pvp spec for holy paladins?

Thanks killerduki, to add to your list - I went ahead and tested on the ptr just before the release of the new server. This is regarding the optional consumables for those who like stacking every possible consumable available: Juju guile does not stack with mage buff. Brute force elixir does not stack with windblossom berries None of the intellect elixirs stack with one another. None of the elixirs that give agility stack with each other(mongoose and greater agi don't stack) Rumsey rum black label, well-fed Stamina, and Gordok Green Grog DO stack together along with all other raid buffs/consumables that increase stam. Spell damage flask and greater arcane elixir are stacking together.

Greetings everyone, I tried logging in this morning and couldn't connect to the server. I type in my credentials and get stuck at connecting. After about 30 seconds I get disconnected. Check realm status and discord, server is up and running but I cannot connect. Help q_q
