Fix the melee mobs in Badlands hitting you 3 times in one swing

Fix the blinking in Undercity please, and the mobs with a summuned pet to despawned after mob dies, I posted several bugs and got erased and some other bugs in the bug tracker are still unviewed, thanks for the good work, Devs!
