any game master can tell us why there are people running around in z'k with t2 gear wich is not in game for all ?

This guy was Attacking using eyes of the beast, wich dont flag you for pvp and you can attack anyone without punishing. Player: Slurpy lvl 48+ hunter (screenshot attached) server: Zeth'kur
