The dishonored title and its system was never implented but somehow i see ppl running around with it ?

https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=798 cant find the actuall page on wiki i found when i saw the guy having the title ingame. i kinda forgot my google searchterm for that night. i know your using ur honor system from wiki. anyone that played vanilla should know dishonored and the ranks withing that "rank" path never was added. dishonored kills never gave you a rank or benefits except draining ur rp thus decreasing ur rank. and making ranking abit more tedious.

i know how the pvp system works, but the title dishonored was never added by blizzard its active in mangos by default but blizzard decided to scrap it. the title itself doesnt affect the dk pentalties on ur rp, Not blizzlike just saying
