both exp boost for some period can work also more hardcore raids and pve content but also a huge problem is that the server is never properly advertised , we need both and to let to know old players that the server fixes some serius problems but the really biggest issue is its popularity we need youtube reviers to d oa review and generaly advertise the server in many sites and very popular channels generaly anything that works combine that with blizzcon 5-6 and promises in the rigth direction about content etc
