The enchant is added in the AQ patch 1.9. http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Patch_1.9.0 "The Enchanting Trainer in Cenarion Hold in Silithus sells some of both new types of enchanting formulae." According to WoWhead the savage guard quest was added in the Naxx patch 1.11.

So since we can't play on Valkyrie anymore I guess those characters are just gone?

I don't think this is insoluble. Both servers are running 1.12, just with certain things flagged to be disabled, they're not actually on a "different patch".

You would either only make it available for players who did not have BWL items, or delete BWL gear, or replace it with T1 epics or whatever. Lots of options that work here.

Hi. So the new PVP realm will be on AQ War Effort progression. Is there any possibility we can transfer our Valkyrie characters to Elysium at that time? I'm one of the English players whose 60 is now orphaned on Valk. My character's gear isn't progressed beyond AQ obviously. Any chance a transfer of this kind would be opened?
