I wish there was a PTR for these things, during the few hours we been level 60 I made some priest chars and I found out several bugs. However, I think I gave you all the info. What is average priest spell damage at 60? 300? It should be fine for some math. SS: -936 base damage (6 sec) -300 Arcane Spell power: 171.43% for whole duration it is 514 more damage 1450 damage over whole duration.

Nice, any chance to have some math with average spell power and Disci build against shadow one? This must be considered: Starshards receives ~ 171.43 % of your bonus arcane damage. Like Mind Flay, this spell is a channeled damage over time effect and is therefore uncapable of a critical hit. Due to the fact that it Starshards is in the Arcane school, it can be cast when the priests' Shadow or Holy schools have been interrupted. Damage dealt is dealt similiar to a Warlock's Curse of Agony, slowly at first, and builds up as the spell reaches its full duration. For Starshards, that means for the first two ticks 15%, for the two after 20% and the final tick 30% of the total damage is dealt. This spell can be cast in Shadowform.

How is starshards damage compared to Mind Flay?

Didn't read it all... but.. the only way to make it become a challenge again is not to flat buff damage/hp/whatever, it's to completely rewrite their mechanic in order to make every guide useless. People have to spend countless hours to find the right way to face the challenge, not spend countless hours hoping RNG provides always best result.

As Alliance Priest, it will be a nightmare, you face UD most of case, and your main defensive ability (fear) will be almost useless. Mana is your first issue and gold to buy water the second one, third issue is few ppl will want you in their premade, and raid bring only one of these (sometimes not even one). Must be said: Shadow Guard doesn't work with Blackout, it's a common bug, you lose a lot with this issue.

Sub-forums should be added for international languages, (Spanish, Italian, French, etc) with their own mod, plus if you plan to make this a fully international server perhaps the Russian forum should be placed in a proper sub-forum, not on the main page along with English forums.

Only thing I wish one day might happen, is to set free some stored nicknames, to rename those low level players which clearly quit the server long time ago, I don't know what you think but since the server is so popular, it's hard to find an available nickname anymore and those ugly-deformed names start appearing (like xxxNamexxx or people are forced to use some weird letters). It's a punch in the eye.

As you can see from numbers, Russian area is way more active than this international area. It's not dead as it seems.

Bag management was part of vanilla too. If you complain as tank you never played warlock having to summon 39 ppl...

Perhaps he played on PvE server, it has less player joining BG, which should be "normal" since lower and PvE-wise population.

I can assure you, I was able to make BG on Nost at every level, perhaps 50-59 has less players joining them, because they were aiming for 60 asap. I raised my rank in each bracket every time I was level x8-x9.

This is not a server suggestion. Several part of this forum and website are still in Russian, they should be fixed (Forum User CP as example).
