Hi So my Voidwalker apparently has an eternal cd on Torment, which normally is a 5 sec cd. I've tried dismissing, relogging etc with no luck. Besides that I happen to be rested with no sign of a cap.

I have the same problem. Just got my account banned for too many failed logins. As OP, I've tried with the Realmlist.wtf file in both the main folder and in the WTF folder without any luck. Any help would be much appreciated.
