Alright so far we cleared out that the problem isn't the game and config. Either something went wrong with activating the accounts or the information you are entering is invalid. At the moment the are no problems with the registration process (I don't see any tweets). I do know that Outlook can be a bitch when it comes to Elysium emails. Try making a 3rd account and see if the confirmation/activation email gets delivered into you mailbox
