Epilepsy

The question I have is in regards to a post I found posted by - ( Shayss ) My friends and I will be starting fresh and if we decide we do not want to play on a PvP server and decide to move to the PvE realm when it is available will we be able to transfer our character(s) to the PvE realm? The reason I ask is because if the PvP realm is up first we would like to get started. Thanks in advance

How long after the old PvP realm opens will the fresh PvP realm be released if that information is out there. (Sorry couldn't find the information on this.) Thanks in advance.
