    Ice/fire/shadow reflectors removed?

There are players with random AH-related names or number-named bots standing and camping these vendors in Org/Darn on various servers across this group. Their script buys the item before you even have a chance to get it, they also have something that denies trade requests, which would remove the shop window from their screen.
  2. Title explains it, I have watched several entire AV runs as unmanned voidwalkers fly to herb spawn points, with no character tethered to them, as herbs vanish before my very eyes. This happens right as the AV begins, and ends shortly thereafter. Am I the only one seeing this happen?

    Fix Backstabbing Mobs!

This is not a latency issue, it is a recurring bug on many vanilla private servers. Another example of this happening is the vultures in shimmering flats, they can use Execute on you repeatedly, no matter what HP % you sit at.

A couple of Game bugs found

Worn Junkboxes only contain 1 possible item: greater healing potion, the rest are empty

The old server always dies on every private server project, the swarm moves on to feed no matter what. Move your guild forward to the new pasture or rot as your ever-diminishing playerbase crumbles into space dust.
  7. I also have this issue, I went through some of the code and came across Default_Chatframe, but no changes I made seemed to have any effect on it. Does anyone know how to make the General tab the first one displayed upon login?
  8. We already know the population is going to be massive, that much is a guarantee. The playerbase will not split itself along the implied lines of old PvP/new PvP like you stated, history has already proven that across past projects and platforms. The best course of action by the developers would be to use the old realms temporarily for the stress test, then only opening new servers(PvP and PvE respectively), this would keep the community together in the way they would naturally aggregate anyway. The inverse of this would prove effective as well: only releasing the old PvP/PvE realms would keep the same level of unity, but you would naturally lose a subset of those players to other servers who only wanted to play if there was a fresh option available, either to another project or the private server scene entirely. If the hardware limitations on the capacity of two realms would even be in question, you can look to the fact that Nost devs have stated some form of clustering is in the works to handle the load of the players in the future. https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=40607&hilit=clustering+technology
  9. I think it has less to do with the timing, but more to do with the "greener pastures" mentality the community seems to have with the majority of the playerbase intending to move to the new PvP realm. Players who feel that the old PvP realm will stand on its own are the very definition of NOSTalgic, and also in denial. That being said, this is an unprecedented opportunity most people who previously invested time into a character never even considered: having their effort brought back from the void. I would venture a guess that the strawpoll everyone despises being referenced may reflect the concept that many people have already made peace with losing their old Nost characters, and were ready to move forward with a new project.

    Concern about 'New server'

This seems to be the concern of many players, veteran or fresh, that the new servers will effectively kill the population on the old PvP & PvE realms from sheer attrition and lack of new population influx. Historically, when a server releases a "fresh start" option, very few of the playerbase remains on the previous incarnation of the game(See: Diablo 2 Ladders, Scriptcraft, K1-K2, Feenix, Molten). Regardless of how well the server is scripted, the population still follows a hivemind or locust behavior as others have named it, and they all flock to the brand new realm. My question is, was the option of simply NOT releasing a fresh start realm even considered? I feel this course of action would help keep communities together instead of fractured across several tiers of content and communication barriers. Many returning guilds are basing their future endeavors on the decisions made and discussed in the upcoming weeks, so I only hope that we get a solid conversation on the matters.
  11. Hello Kitty... Is Troxed somehow involved in this?
