They had a password reset before the shutdown, the page required you use a capitol letter in your password. That's what got me, I was losing my mind until I tried my normal pw with a capitol letter

Your best bet is to find a copy of the original game disks and installing it the oldschool way. I don't think one exists on the internet right now

I haven't forgotten, I just didn't have enough time to include it in that release. I've got a lot of stuff going on IRL right now (holiday related) that are taking up my time. It won't make it into v3.4 since I want to get that out today, but it should be in the next version after that.

Well I just finished fixing a bug that affects that, give /questie showquests a try when v3.4 comes out and it should work like it did before. It doesn't sort by nearest but it should show all your current quests regardless of tracking status

Just finished fixing this bug. It will be available in v3.4 which should be out tonight or tomorrow. (The fix is already on github if you must have it now though)

Could you send me your addon list? I'm currently in the process of fixing this bug (others have reported it) Should be fixed in the next version (v3.4) which will be out before the 17th Also, if possible give v3.1 a try and let me know if it still happens on that one.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is a way currently. It would be relatively easy to add this though. You can create a feature request on the issue tracker if you want. (Or I can if you don't have a github account)

I haven't done much research yet, but we plan to support French German and Chinese clients also.

I agree! That's something that's currently being worked on internally. Check back here for info: https://github.com/AeroScripts/QuestieDev/issues/282 The core rewrite for language support will be in v4.0. Russian might come in v4.1 but it's too far away to be sure. Protip: quit wow (using the dock) before the loading screen and then log back in. This will put you through properly on the other end

I originally designed the default mode to just track whatever quests are close to you. If it really is missing from the current version it will be returning very soon. I'm also going to add an option to make the frame drag-able without holding ctrl+shft (as it used to be) and change the default binding to just ctrl (ctrl+shift will still work)

Thank you so much for your work Shagu! Your mod has always been amazing and people will continue to use it. As many have said the two addons do have different goals and different solutions Also, I'm not sure if you or anyone else is aware yet but I've been working with Muehe to pull in new data to Questie using the same system you use, so Questie will soon benifit from the same good data (directly from mangos not wowhead) that ShaguQuest does. Long time coming I know but it also needs to happen for multi-language support.

I can't stress this enough. The more addons use github the better. It also lets the community contribute and track development much easier. Really nice addon!
