Because on the account creation page on the website there is no breakdown (and how could it be considering you are horde or alliance only after creating your char anyway ) Also GOOD JOB, ELYSIUM! Guys, no point in bashing people who ask for things like this one. If we do this, they will simply be alienated and the Legacy community will be stuck with its "toxic" branding (reference to what that Towel guy, or what his name is, keeps saying about us). Please keep in mind that the WoW fanbase isn't split only in Legacy and Legion, there are also "Legiacy" fans who want a mix of both worlds. Surely if they would be convinced to try Legacy for the good reasons, our numbers would grow. We all know that the more the merrier, right? And to the OP, regarding old vs new models, humans are very adaptable beings; therefore enjoying the great parts of vanilla (such as interactions with many players for achieving impossible goals from what I've heard, not to mention that rewarding feeling when you obtain something you want the hard way) would probably make you disregard the outdated models (also as someone said above, you will be covering that face up anyway sooner or later with awesome gear )

I never played Vanilla WoW I played on private servers before but the oldest xpac I got to play was Wotlk (which lore-wise is my fave up to that awful moment when they killed Arthas ). And until the recent 300.000 petition and the involvement of Mark Kern I knew nothing of #Legacy, "You think you do but you don't" and Nostalrius although I always wished for a chance to play old content officially. So if this thread is for saying thanks for a renewed chance to play Vanilla, count me in (it's not like I haven't said thanks on quite a few other threads as well, but there can never be too many thanks for these awesome guys that bring us joy).

Only at times, for me it was very playable and hella fun!

Also asked this on the facebook page, but what is up with this? Until a few hours ago I was able to access the website fine with the setting "Obtain DNS server address automatically" turned on. Now I was able only with the settings you guys recommended in this post. Is this setting temporary or will I be able to revert it to automatic in a few days?

Two hours later after I created my account with number 7256 (give or take a few) and there are 9100 accounts created! AMAZING! Hai sa rupem serveru!!! ( did this to add a fourth language to the mix ) reference to what was said above that there are various languages in this thread )

As I am writing this there are Registered accounts: 7555 (at the time I created my test account-less than half an hour ago-there were 7256 accounts created; the players are flocking, community reunification indeed) and I am very glad to see this GJ Elysium and Nost staff! Besides that, I installed the client made by Narkon from the Nost forums and which I mentioned in my previous posts (the client approved by Pottu) and I selected the MEGA version, but I see now that if I waited a bit more I could have downloaded from the links posted by the staff directly . Is it ok to continue with the setup I selected, Pottu? I replaced the necessary info in the realmlist.wtf folder, I was able to start the game, log in and I pressed the suggest realm button which auto-selected Nostalrius PTR. The hype is too great with me to not be there tomorrow during the stress test, so I have to make sure everything is prepared )

And also a game client download location that has the Elysium staff's seal of approval / blessing etc? I just want a 1.12 game client that does not have other servers realmlist, patches or even custom installers (someone told me that the one I found on Nostalrius forum http://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2803#p25865 is good enough, but I would like to know I'm not installing god knows what on my comp, and that's why I would like to see the Elysium staff make a comment on this, please, pretty please)

Sorry if this question has been asked and answered before, but will the game client be available for download from a link provided by Elysium team or do we have to dig for it in the vastness of the Internetz? I want to be as ready as possible for the stress test this coming week-end.
