(read on nost forum) a week before the mounts changed on nost, the pre 1.4 mounts were changed to BoE for 1000g, is this also the case on elysium?

Hello fellow gamers on the new pvp server im going to roll an undead warrior but im concidering changing my choise of race to troll due to the pre 1.4 raptor mounts. im in love with the ivory raptor and it will be my nr 1 goal to obtain. however im wondering if it's possible to become exaulted with darkspear troll as an undead before the mounts will change into the armored versions. thanks in advance!
