I read a post saying manual 2FA is coming today, is this true?

Hello gents, i recently tried to log back into my account after a lengthy break so i changed my password and re-enabled the authenticator prior to attempting to login. After entering the 6 digit code 3 times i was prompted with a wrong information and finally a "contact customer service" prompt. Note: i am able to log into my other 2 accounts with no issues.
