One issue I have though is I like to check new posts since my last login to the forum. Unfortunately it also keep showing me russian threads which is kinda useless to me.

I don't think so. It will be the only viable PvE server out there, it's still very fresh with BWL not being out yet and a lot of people will join when they realize what its like on the big pvp server. Most people are way too pessimistic considering how big the whole nostalrius hype is imo.
