What you retail players need to undertand about "Nina Looting" of BoE's

This is insane, so stealing an item from someone who needs it, in order to sell it, this is somehow ok? Your logic is immoral. -

Not if someone in the party needs the item as an upgrade. Listen, I get what you mean, and I'm not going to call you a thief or a parasite who is trying to excuse selfish and greedy behavior. I of course do not agree with you, but I must say that it's extremely unreasonable to act in such manner in a game where people acquire power upgrades and advance their characters via gear. Not to mention not very social at all, I personally wouldn't want to group with someone who might take an item from me, that I need as an upgrade, just to sell it for gold, again I do not find this behavior to be reasonable at all. -

How exactly? Wrong about that Need has priority over Greed? or Wrong about what constitutes Need? (I'm guessing the latter) For example: in a 5-man party, should a Rogue roll Need on Freezing Band if a Mage needs it as an upgrade? If your answer is yes, than we have a vastly different understanding on what constitutes fairness and morality in general. -

If you need an item, roll need, if you don't need it, roll greed, simple. Need = to equip as a gear improvement. Greed = to sell for gold. Need > Greed I really don't see why there is confusion about this? XD -
LOL!!! XD

Well yes, there are some people here who are acting like a bunch of selfish parasites, I remember last night reading the first tweet reply to Elysium informing us that they are working on fixing the incorrect items bug. The very first reply to that tweet: "Are you serious? You had 3 stress-test but never once tested if this function was working? Jeuss f*****g christ" I just can't understand the mentality of these people, and I'm not now saying that just because it's free that one shouldn't complain, there should be a quality standard even if it's free, but to have zero understanding for the fact that this is a small team and not a giant company that's running this server, it's.. it's pathetic beyond belief.

It's probably a bug, I was just outside of Kharanos, lvling my Mage when I got DCed, and then when I tried to login it says "account closed", Im sure it will be fixed soon.

Whats with the griefing posts?

If you think that it's "sick enjoyment" to piss people off in a video game, then how the f**k are you not sensitive? XD You cant say that you aren't sensitive, if you are at the same time describing what is for the most part a fun behavior in a video game, as being "sick". See if you were to really analyzing anything, If you were to really do that, then you would have come to the conclusion that some people think that it's fun to piss people off in a video game, others do not think this is fun. The End. PS: the term "video game" is meant to imply that it's not something to get your panties in a bunch over. But hey, let's say that I were to do a some "analyzing" as well. I think that there are 2 kinds of people who react negatively to ganking/griefing to the point that they have to write extensive /w messages or complain on the forums: sensitive people who are either children or are adults who haven't matured emotionally, and egomaniacs, who think that they are gods, and don't like it when someone pokes fun at their delusions by pwning them -

Hahaha dude come on, are you freaking trolling me, there is no way you're being serious now, I refuse to believe anyone is this sensitive to things that happen in a video game XD -

You do realize that your message is pretty much spot on how people who get ganked reply? Also, expecting that everything all the time can be mutually fun for everyone everywhere, is really having insanely unrealistic expectations. I wish you good luck in life sir, you will need it. -

You son of a.. I was that lvl 60 Pally But I guess.. you.. you didn't have balls enough to face me like a man, 1 on 1.. I pity you.. Hahaha no, but see this is what is so great about griefing, it might give you some temporary annoyance and anger, but it can also lead you to friendships and great sense of victory! -

Thx! ^ ^ And yepp griefing is in a way, one of the RPG elements of the game, especially in a game where you have 2 factions and especially on a PvP server. It gives you a sense of danger, but also a sense of community.
