Can confirm, got my item back!

So whats the best way, wait here for an answer or make an ingame ticket? Cause it seems like the ingame ticket wont work for me, the little ticket that pops up at the minimap wont show when i enter one there.

I talked with Mesh and Snow on discord in the Elysium channel.

Alright, i have solved my problem with my chars and i got em back. They said you have transferred from and empty account, so it's the wrong account you have transferred from prob. Best regards

Snow said i should get in contact with someone called "Shenna" but no repsons yet.

Been talking with "Snow" on discord he helps in "help-and-support" channel. So he is passing this along to people that can help with this sort of thing. So as soon as i hear anything ill write you back here.

Tho i have hade mates that get there chars in "Control Panal"
