Used the same account name and password ? Well, since youre responsible for your own account security I dont think the account will be unbanned - FeelsBadMan

you should be able to see your own stuff not from anyone else

Maybe you should try posting this in the right section of this forum instead of here then - all youre doing here is providing your Account Name and E-Mail for everyone out there - Hackers will appreciate it though...

I guess they have more important things to do atm than replying to everybody on the forum - just stay calm they will fix the problem for us sooner or later.

I would like to know this too - when trying to log into the game it says my account is banned but I can log in here without a problem... when I go to my control panel on Elysium page I can see all my characters but the only option to chose is donating money for the servers... plz help !
