Elysium continuing Nosts work with the TBC server is something i can see happen in the future. Obviously can't guarantee it.

Fresh if you want to start... fresh? And everything else that comes with the ridiculousness/craziness of thousands of players starting out at the same time. Otherwise just keep playing your mage and enjoy a smoother ride. When you hit 60 you will have a harder time when pvp'ing till you get more geared. (Unless you don't give a фекал about pvp.) PVE will be fine regardless.

STV was great on the old NOST PVP server. Kinda like Vietnam. A lot of fun but i spent more time killing people than doing actual questing...

I rolled on EU-Xavius when it just released. Played a 60 Undead mage called Mordero there. Perhaps we have met there at some point?

Don't see why this is a hate thread. most of the points are fairly valid. After that it depends on what the player wants, obviously. I will personally continue with leveling my characters on the old Nost server. As to what the aims of the OP are with this thread.... I can only speculate on that.

In 3-5 Months this would be the case for the most, yeah.

A lot of old guilds are coming back to the old Nost PVP server and most of them will be looking for people. By looking at the massive amounts of attention these projects are getting it is pretty safe to say that a lot of new people will be coming to both these servers (yes, specially to the fresh server in the first few months.) Thus new guilds will be forming and there will always be a demand for new players. (And tanks)

Trying to level hard on the first week of fresh servers makes you quite the masochist.

Plenty of mining nodes that spawned on Nostalrius. Only problems i had with finding them were in certain crowded lowbie zones but that's about it.

As much as i want rank 14 it just won't happen with my available play time.

But i like playing with my self.

We will breed so hard that we will simply thin out the Russian player base into nothing.

Don't forget the 1.5k in que. Regardless, 7.5k online for a stress test by private wow server standards is MASSIVE.

Pretty much this. There is such a massive interest in these projects that it's hard to imagine Nost PvP or Elysium PvP having problems with population. The PVE server had like 4-5k and that's still large compared to your average private WoW server. These servers will keep attracting more people just for being affiliated with Nost and running their cores. (Assuming Elysium doesn't completely screw up. )

Was a good stress test. Up to 7.3k players online and over 1.5k in que.
