I think, the reduced respec cost can be a helpful.
It is not game changing in the way of unfair advantage, it can help many healers to also play with a dmg spec. I want to do this.
It can help to find more tanks and healer for dungeons, that can switch between dmg spec and heal/tank spec.
Even if it is not blizzlike, like many new addons you can use nowadays, i would like to have cheap respec.
It helps like the dynamic respawn rate. <-- not vanilla blizzlike, for the blizzlike Fanboys.
