Sorry I don't know the names of the NPCs you're referring too and so this might be completely useless but have you checked all around the Cathedral in SW? You'll be looking in three places as i'm not too sure myself but it would be up at the Alter or in the rooms on the left or right

After making acc in ely and nost token transfer, can't login in control panel or log in game
