I'm also a newb Pally, but I'll try to give my two cents based on my leveling experience: 1. I went for Divine Intellect and Holy Power just in case, cause I knew I was going to heal a lot in dungeons while leveling (they're also useful for solo leveling anyway). But I'm pretty sure he'll be fine without those, specially with a druid tanking (which I've found easier to heal within levels 40 and below). If he goes OOM more often than not, then he might want to spend some points there. 2. Ret pally rotation is often branded as 'boring'. I judge Seal of the Crusader, then switch to Seal of Command and judge it on CD, then back to Seal of Command and repeat (also Hammer of Justice + Judge Command for a bit more dmg if the target is stunnable, which the majority of bosses in 5-mans are). 3. Once I got Seal of Command, I pretty much put it on the Seal of Righteousness slot. Maybe it's a noob move, but I did not see a reason to spend an extra key bind. As soon as I re-spec holy, Righteousness is going back to that bind. You do get some track demons and track undead kind of shit, which I also left off the bars. Everything else could come in handy any time really, can't think of anything else I'd leave off the bars. 4. Now I've never been too good in PvP, to be honest. I've definitely had trouble with mana management. I think I may judge too much, trying to burst too early. So, from my own experience, yeah, I'd say just sit on Command and save mana for cleansing and heals, then burst at 40% health or below. 5. We have Blessing of Freedom pretty much every 10 seconds (20 sec CD - 10 sec duration), and then there's the 8% speed bonus from Pursuit of Justice. We can be kited, just as any melee class, but we don't have it as bad as warriors. To be honest, I don't think you're gonna be attacked much being a Druid-Pally duo. I'd definitely hesitate against two classes that can heal and are not easily CCable.

The logical answer would be that it scales with spell dmg because it's holy damage. However, I'd say it also scales with AP, and it's definitely affected by weapon speed.

Hey guys, need a little help here. I need something that will prevent self-casting LoH and BoP when targeting a dead target (those last second life savers that don't get there in time). I've tried just messing with the in-game and Bongos settings, but there's no way I can make it work without having to disable self-cast (which is obviously a no-go). Googled a bit and haven't found anything useful unfortunately. Hopefully you guys can help!

Yeah max rank Flash is the way to go. How much you down rank Holy Light is not written in stone, you gotta try and see what works for you. From all I've read, all you really need is just one down-ranked version of Holy Light, and both max rank Flash Heal and Holy Light. Those 3 should do the trick if you know how to manage your mana pool properly.

Try with a different browser. Chrome was giving me the problem you describe.

Don't use chrome to reset your password, as the link seems to always redirect to the Control Panel main page. I tried with safari and it works fine.

Okay, apparently it was a problem with Chrome. I could use the Control Panel correctly with Safari to successfully change my password. I'll try tomorrow to change it in-game, see if it works for me or I still get your same error.

I have the same problem. Truth is, I did try to change it via Control Panel first. I would get the e-mail to reset it, but the link would just re-direct me to the Control Panel, apparently doing nothing. Obviously that would be an easy explanation for why mine is wrong... However, 24h later, I'm still able to log in with my original password.

Yeah it's just a temporary thing. When you go back to lower level zones for whatever reason, you can tell it's not as packed as it used to be when you were leveling. Everybody leveling at a standard rate is like a wave that's sweeping through the different zones in the world, so for most of us it's probably gonna stay this way until we hit 60. Stranglethorn is gonna be a real cluster fuck.

I don't think a guide is really that useful in a server like this, besides orienting you on which zone to level at. Right now if you're 20-40 you're gonna face overcrowded, contested zones. Shit's like The Walking Dead; not only you have to worry about enemies, but also people from your own faction. It's absolutely normal to level at a slower pace if you're questing.
