If you want to roll a female, roll a nelf, according to lore only females can be priestesses in the nelf society. As for human, i think they are mostly paladins as far as i know, but they can also be priests. I would go with Human priest, since nelf priestesses are worshipping elune instead of the light.

I think draw distance is server side, also dont modify your game files since it can get you a ban, just go with the vanilla draw distance.
