They will not face legal issues just because they have a donation button. Warmane makes a ваууTON of money, and they have a cash shop+15k+ people online all the time. Every single server gets letters, nost will get it monthly too. Also, for blizzard and every retail player we're already "pirates", so i don't know why you would worry about being in the "bad light".
