About Us Our core/leadership is players who heard about Nostalrius late 2015, and decided to form a US/NA raiding guild in January 2016. We quickly leveled to 60, geared up for raids, and cleared all current content (8/8 BWL 10/10MC 10/10 ZG and Ony). We ain't afraid of no cops. In fact, they are the ones afraid of us, in the following video you can hear the 'cops' discussing our power to "bring the whole server down" on them, referencing the time <Earth Walkers> organized 120 horde to show the cops why we call ourselves the horde. If I'm not mistaken, some of our accomplices wiped these wannabe law enforcers just last night. <Earth Walkers> is a primarily North American, semi-hardcore, horde raiding guild formed in January 2016 on Nostalrius. Lead by officers who raided Naxx in 2006, the guild quickly progressed through all available content in a matter of weeks. Before the Nost shutdown members were preparing for AQ40 by farming nature/shadow resist sets and consumables. With all our officers and most of our core members already confirmed to come back to raid when the server is reopened, we are looking for a few more members to fill empty positions. We consider ourselves semi-hardcore because we only put in 8 hours of required raiding a week, but make excellent use of that time. Required raid nights are Tuesday and Thursdays 8pm-Midnight Eastern Time Zone, with a third optional raid night Sundays at 7pm Eastern. Primarily we are looking for mages, holy priests, and warlocks, but every class is encouraged to apply. I'm not sure if it was intended or not as I cannot seem to find any official statement on the intended time of raid resets, but my guild had ZG reset on us in the middle of our run last night. We are a North American guild who raided on Nost, and raid 8pm-midnight Eastern Time Zone (2am-6am Server Time). I believe raids reset on Nost at 4am Eastern/10am Server Time, which meant it didn't interfere with NA or EU guilds raiding schedules. If this is intended, that means no NA guilds can raid on reset day, and means they also can't raid ZG or Ony on a day they reset (since it varies). This is a HUGE problem in my opinion. Obviously it effects me more than an EU player, but Nost and now Elysium, have a fairly large NA player base, and it seems odd to ignore that fact. Hopefully this was just a mistake as I saw there was a hotfix to address raids not reseting, but I'm concerned the hotfix was unrelated and my guild cannot play on this server, despite putting in countless hours into the characters we recently reacquired from the Nost shut down. I'm very glad to have my character back, and am impressed by how well the Elysium staff is running the server, but not being able to raid evenings is equivalent to not being able to play at all to me.
