Hey can someone help me with my GPU (nvidia 630) ? When I play wow my FPS is stuck at 98-101 but if I open my browser (mozilla) the FPS increase on +400 Why ? Why is not +400 all the time ? If I close the browser FPS drops back to 101.

I was on youtube and I found this channel "Da Phantazm" where she talk about #OSoC "Open Season on China" and are people complaining in the YB comment about Pottu mute/ban (I think on forum and PTR) when talking about it.
