Nazgore

hello admin team. i have just tried out to join elysium, after the old one didn't work for me, and i would like to play on my nostalrius character Nazgore. looks like i am registered now but after clicking the recover Nostalrius character button, nothing happened! i can't make a new character because the name is disabled. is there anything on control panel i missed to retrieve old nostalrius characters? LOVE, Nazgore
