Da hat er dich drangekriegt, Lion. Memento ist ok, wird nur definitiv schnell vergeben sein und ist nicht so das Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Quo Vadis schon eher, wobei die Chance da auch hoch ist. Außer dem besagten Käfig voller Narren, mit dem Gildenchef namens Feldnarrschall, ist mir noch nichts eingefallen. Wahlweise Käfig voller Helden, denn ein Tiger ist immer auch ein Sieger.

Yeah Vanilla demanded alot of time, which most people and guilds werent able to muster. Or just did not want to invest this much. I guess "time" is the big factor there.

I'd specifiy that WoW is probably still the best casual/classic MMORPG and it doesn't have a lot competition in that niche (Their first and maybe hardest was crushed at release: Everquest II), because it is well done, refined over the years. Most new MMO's after the "big attack" by Age of Conan, TERA, RIFT etc etc try to differentiate a lot from the WoW-formula or add sth to it that makes it stand out. Best example: Star Wars The Old Republic. While the mechanics and world-design reek of a WoW-Clone they added fully voiced and cinematic sequences, did not work that well because of the lack of endgamecontent but they did secure themselves a good chunk of MMO-Players. Funnily WoW amped up the story presentation with the first content patches after SW:Tor released and refined itself again further.

Ach etwas auf dem PvE werde ich auch reinschnuppern, einfach nur um mir einen kleinen Fix zu geben bevor das Warten einen auffrisst. Da dann sogar Horde. Wenn es dann frisch losgeht hüpf ich auf die Allianz-Seite und terrorisier als lebendes Nachtschattengewächs die Horde.

A high pop results in a breathing world, makes world pvp more exciting, and offers more niches so that any player may find his spot.

Teamspeak braucht man nicht mehr, Discord regelt das! Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Beta davon. Davon ab, ich werde mich auch hüten der Schlange Nakeeza sowie dem PvE Server zu verfallen. PvP ist schon eher mein Ding, gerade beim leveln. Da muss der Fresh Release wirklich so ominös und weit nach hinten fallen. Ich spiele aktuell wieder sehr viel Overwatch. Hab BF1 aber auch noch auf der Platte und wenn ihr mal einen Community-Zock machen wollt, dann sagt Bescheid! Zumindest für den Levelprozess werde ich auf Fresh eine Gilde eröffnen. Raidgilde optional, aber nur wenn da Leute mit in die Führung gehen die genug Zeit für eine Raidleitung haben bzw. opfern wollen. Das kann ich nämlich beim besten Willen nicht. Eine Gildenvorstellung schreib ich die Tage mal.

Ich nehme auch an, dass der frühestens 4 Wochen später kommt. Erstmal die anderen beiden Server und deren Latenz in den Griff kriegen, gucken das sich ne Pop festsetzt, und dann Fresh rauskloppen. ... guckt mal wen ich bei Gamestar gefunden hab! War aber auch wirklich krass wie die da teilweise gegen den Server gewettert haben, als würde es um ihr Geld gehen.

There ist just no adventure in traveling a world, where no one can harm you.

Probably could be an option if the factions dont even out and allow players of Alliance or Horde, to migrate to the other. I doubt it tho.

Ich weiß nicht ob ich auf dem PvE Realm vorher schon spielen werde, hinterher zerzock ich es mir da dann schon und fang gar nicht mehr auf Fresh an. Gefährliche Situation. Patience is a virtue, but i aint virtuous. Müsst ihr mir helfen mich zurückzuhalten !

If the Pop of one PvP server will struggle in the future iam positive that the staff will merge the two. So whatever you choose, you'll have enough players to create a breathing and living world. To answer your question; The reason for most players to roll on the fresh server is probably that they enter an even playing field, are not that far behind contentwise, and it emulates the "coming" of WoW in 2004.
