Absolutely not. No one is rushing you to level. You have 7 months before BWL even gets released. That's plenty of time to level your character whenever you want, however you want. I'll venture a guess and say the only reason you've made this request is because you've probably started playing on Nost PvP because you were tired of waiting for the Elysium PvP server to launch, you've worked on your character for a bit now and you hate the thought of having to go through that again in 2 weeks time.

The way I see it, there's two sides of idiocy to this: Nost PvP idiots "Fresh is for pussies, there's nothing cool about fresh, it's going to suck anyway." These are usually the people who are butthurt and afraid their server is going to die because the new population will likely join the fresh server. There's nothing to argue with them because they live in their own circlejerking bubble of self-induced deluded dreams of veteran worth. The fact that they're out there pretending like they don't care while they try to convince everyone to stay on Nost PvP is adorable. Elysium PvP idiots "Nost is going to die, ahahah burn, fresh is going to dominate." They're either trolls or people who are genuinely envious of other people's achievements. Starting on the fresh realm is the perfect excuse for them not having raided or even leveled to 60 and they crave that veteran status they'll be having 1-2 years into the realm's history. There's nothing to argue with them because they're just sad people who want to hang out with the cool kids but now that they're late for the party and nobody cares about them they're more than happy to join a fresh new party and jerk off to deluded hopes of how the old party is so jealous of this new party they're in - though again, they secretly still wish they had been there when the old party started. Despite that, most players right now are like: "New server? That's cool! That will sure take some load off those 1-2k queues at EU peak times." "Oh wow, finally I get to relive the experience of a fresh vanilla launch with thousands of other players. The starting areas are going to suck so nicely!" "It feels good to be on an equal leveling field with others, no one rushing to do anything, plenty of time in between patches for me to take it slow because I don't feel like I have to rush through the content to be at par with everyone else in terms of progression."
