I'm using a Chrome (Version 57.0.2987.110 (64-bit)) and I can visit forums and all of the other websites normally, only main page of elysium is down.

Nothing to be done about it, .TGA format of screenshots was only in vanilla wow. Use some other screenshot application or convert .tga to .jpg or .png

It most likely that issue is related to drivers, rather than simply minimize/maximize.

You won't collect even a 25% percent of player base, because most of them doesn't even visit forums.

It should be working by now. Maybe there was a downtime with the main site so you couldn't access to the recovery page or the site itself. Also please provide more information about the issue.

It's not WoW related, it's Razer issue itself. I have Razer Deathadder and I have double clicking issue, it happens to everyone after 2 years or so. So, unless you replace your Razer with a new mouse, it won't be fixed. *I've been using my Deathadder since 2007 and still using it, tried pouring into oil, cleaning, replacing, using glue and million things, all fixes are temporal*
