Hello I think the launch will be also critical to the lasting player base since if it won't be smooth, alot will quit and not come back. You can now say, вау them, if they dont want it... but i try to also consider those players which dont really know how great vanilla is in end game term and would give them the best chance to experience this - my life. Three Ideas after thinking 60 seconds. So you might have considered them already... a - Make multiple realms which you fuse maybe one week later (ex. Elysium PVP - A B C D). This would be an "easy" workaround or alternative to zone shifting? b - Give random levels to new chars. Like from 1-15. You could give kind of xp boost item to those which roll <15 which will be useable after maybe 8 hours of playing to close up the disadvantage to those who roll low. For example if you roll lvl 5 you would get an xp boost item which doubles xp for 3 hours what is aprox the effort of lvling from 5-15. lvl 10 would get 2 hours. lvl 1 would get 3.5 hours. ---> players should be able to select wether they would like to get eighter a lvl or xp boost so those players who want to lvl from 1 to not miss a quest or profession do not get forced into this. c - Maybe my best idea? Give limited playtime. If ppl know they can only play 5 hours per day while the first 3-4 days after launch, they would not need to pop in at the same second like 20'000 other players and everyone can be happier. PS: For me the most critical is, a release before christmas. Otherwise i will consider twice if i go into this and sacrifice my life, again :-) I can't explain why. But that is. Kind regards

I partially agree to that. Because I am actually the best - I would have no problems to be top1 by leveling no matter how much ppl around. But you forgot one magic thing. There will be no leveling because you have every 2 seconds disconnect.

I'd like a release on my holidays on christmas aswell. But it wont be done - simple because the overhead and amass of people while holidays would break even the login. For me personal, thats why I hope they'll release it at least 1 week before christmas. If they release it after... after my free days... vanilla is dead for me. I would like to invest years into this. I dont know why i think this way. Just its the lastest date for me to start with this. I mean January is almost summer again... idk... idk why. its just... i dont want it anymore later if i cant get in soon.....

I pitty the ppl who chose "no". And I also question the post at all and wonder why it wasn't locked down. Why? Its simple. There won't be a smooth launch ever. It's just not possible without adding temporary multiple servers or do a workaround like this. Say, the more time we get to wait, the more embarassing the release will come out.... I really appreciate your idea and would love to see that realized. Or restrict it to lvl 60 for maybe 1 msg per day idk. This would bring ppl together like in old times. Say, if you want to find a group or find members, you will go to the capital or at least a main city for the trade chat.
