Thanks! if you don't mind : Do locks compete with mages in terms of gear?

Hello everyone Iam concerned about how many Warlocks & Mages on both factions , iam really interested in those two classes but i want to play the class that is least played so anyone have any idea?

I want to ask if nost will allow that type of mods, better visuals and models for vanilla, it was allowed on kronos those mods gives you no advantage over anyone an example http://www.model-changing.net/blogs/blog/65-release-improved-models-for-112/ Will that be allowed?
