Ignore him, he's clearly shitposting and feeding off the attention of everyone who replies. I personally love the new models and would like the development team to consider making an exception for similar preferences. It's quite similar to playing a Legend of Zelda game utilizing Unreal Engine. Same game, different looks. Having played the vanilla WoW up until WotLK, adding an HD effect would create a unique atmosphere that I'm sure a large portion of the vanilla fan base would take an interest in. Having different tastes in models doesn't even correlate with retail fandom what so ever. Anyone who suggests otherwise shouldn't be taken seriously. Heck, I wasn't even playing WoW when they first introduced the new models. On a final note, the fact that this thread hasn't been closed yet indicates they're still making a decision on this issue. I for one hope they consider creating a whitelist for such preferences.
