Are unarmored epic mounts still avalible on Pve realm?

I am posting her because I thought it was a relevant. I could possibly be a person who would make the server grow. I am new to the private server scene but when I played vanilla I played on a PVP server and did very well going almost all through Naxx. What can you guys tell me who have played on the PVE realm for nost. Is the community different in anyway? It seems to me like most of the people who play on the PVP server are all very young. I am looking for a more mature playing experience but I do enjoy pvp. Thanks!
