Thank you for your response Ellipsea, but I know the details are correct and I have tried numerous combinations ( in case i was mistaken ) but i know they are correct as they have been ingrained to memory and written down.. Do you know if there is anything else you would/could suggest please? kind regards Hongo

HI, I have the same issue, i have all the *correct* information and when i try to get the token it hangs for a while saying it is "generating the token" then stops and says the info is not correct. I know that it is correct, do you think there could be an error somewhere or somebody could look at it for me as I m not sure where i can to retrieve my characters. Thank you for you help. Hi guys, I hope you can help? I going through the process of getting my token but everytime I put in my details, I get the message to say it's generating then it's says wrong info? I know I have the correct data but it's not having it. Is this a common thing and maybe will be resolved in time? Thanks in advance for any help.

I am also having issues creating a token, I'm pretty sure my login is correct and the email is def correct. I press to generate and it hangs for about 30 secs and says generating then says account info incorrect. If I change the letter to lower case it automatically gives me the error message. If anyone is having this issue or knows how to resolve it please could you let me know? Regards.

If I put in a password that is incorrect ( wasnt 100% on password ) it automatically gives me a message to say account details not correct, when the correct password is put in it gives me the Generating token message and after 30 secs it says details not correct. Is anyone else getting this message. Any advice appreciated.

But there also could be items you've sent to an alt for various reasons AND not picked up. That gear would be there or not?

Sorry for some reason team msg didn't go through. I was asking if: I didn't get to log on the last day when Nost went down and had mail from auctions expired etc. Will that have now gone or will it be available to collect once we re-open?

Hi guys, not sure I've seen this question but as we are all excited I had a thought!. When Nost shut down I didn't get to log on that day, I had mail from expired auctions etc, will that have now been wiped away or will it be there for collection upon logging back in on the 17th. ?
