Someone seriously needs to make addon for mailbox that blocks gold selling messages. Its driving me nuts.

Greetings. There might be topics on this1 but i could not find any so i got few questions. 1) Is it possible to get old characters back and items? 2) If its possible, how its done once servers are up?
