It's not that we don't want you to transfer. I think everyone (except for those wanting low pop servers) can agree that transfers or a merge is good. It's just the thing that when I am farming materials on Elysium i'm competing with like at least 7 times as many players as you guys, while I don't get 7 times as many rewards (or even close to that). So if you guys were to transfer with all your stuff, it feels kind of unfair. That's the point. But yeah, if I was a ZK player I would want to transfer with all my stuff (regardless of fairness)....

I liked the system, was very handy for servers at which MC and ZG became practically obsolete

Alright Steph, fine, I will not bring up the community's best interest anymore, i'm done. I'll enjoy my cheap market when the merge comes. All good to me. Will stop posting about this as well, you can see yourself suffer after merge, fine by me.

Here's the thing, though, some people have been farming their asses off on Elysium to get 300g. Now with this merge ZK players can sell the loads of reagents they have gotten in 1/4th of the time gaining the same money. I don't understand how they see that as fair? About the devilsaur mafia, if anyone is likely to benefit from this transfer it is them. They all got a shitton of gold stacked up, when prices crash, guess what? They suddenly can buy all their shit very cheap. If you think ppl in the mafia are farming for gold then you should be in that discord for once. I myself already stacked up on 10k gold waiting anxiously for this merge. All prices will go down to shit, and I get to stack my 70 bank chars with dirt cheap mats. After that prices will rise and I will sell everything again, making my 10k into an easy 40k. It is more that those players without much gold (aka the more casual playerbase of ELYSIUM) will suffer because they cannot benefit from the swift decline in prices at all compared to rich fucks like me.

I don't know Gilnash, I've been saying this for some weeks, and the admins of Elysium seem to be fully aware of the economic argument. But they also seem to give in to ZK, and let the silent majority of Elysium suffer. What's the weirdest thing to me is that they base their transfer idea solely on the poll on the ZK forums & talks held with ZK players, people from Elysium PVP have been entirely left out of this discussion.

What you forget is that the gold from DMT farming is guaranteed, stable, and will remain the same throughout time. Your prot warrior farm is unreliable at best, heavily gear dependent, and population depedent. You can't bring that as a good counterexample, it's simply a whole different case. Mage farming BRD would be comparible, some farming method that's secure.
