    Oto, your spreadsheet uses the 310 linear Expertise cap formula. I thought Elysium/Nost uses the 315 DR formula? In the spreadsheet, I get the same DPS increase with each point in expertise from 300-310 and then it drops to ~10% of its former DPS increase and staying there at the 311th point.
