Today I got on to see that feared screen of "this login information was incorrect" and in a haste I went to reset my password and now its saying my username/email combination is wrong and I'm 100% positive it is right, I'm in a cold sweat right now please help! Character: Udrogue

yeah, so idk if this is some database error or something and if a GM could post that'd be amazing.

I don't need to change this email address, this is 100% the email i used and now its saying its wrong. If you can't change the email or the username wtf happened. I still have my confirmation in my email.

If the account can be frozen until I'm able to access again that'd be great. Lot of gear on him.
