Dear GM Team Greetings~ our guild <covenant> take Viscidus down at 8th May However, we could not get any loot ( Raid ID : 20637) so, here is our question: 1、is this a BUG or we take the boss down in a wrong way? 2、if this is a BUG , could we get our loot back ? and how? 3、if this is a BUG , how could we avoid this BUG in the future ? Dear GM Team: Greetings~~ yesterday, our guild successfully take C'Thun down, and fortunately we got Vanquished Tentacle of C'Thun However, we think maybe there is something wrong with it. on one hand , HP of the Tentacle only 8 and on the other hand ，the damage of the Tentacle make is also only 1 is this a bug or we use it in a wrong way??
