A common misconception with gear ward is you have to use it on tanks having a Druid fear warded on fights like Nef is insanely good. People like to say fear ward is overrated but it really isn't.

Make sure your in world, I see tons of dungeon groups at all times of the day. also in terms of scholo, a lot of people don't like to pug scholo due to its difficulty and lack of desirable rewards.

Doesn't matter what game it is, blizzard is a company and money talks. We all want this to have huge blowback on blizzard but it wont. It didn't last time and if our characters are deleted it wont matter this time. People will still buy their games in droves and they will continue to not care about an audience that isn't theres.

I dont think they care, they did this before and then a month later they released Overwatch which made boatloads of money.

I think most of us have written off nostalrius at this point, this is a complete betrayal of the entire vanilla community. The ball is in Elysium court now, there decision is gonna make or break this community.

Gotta assume blizzard has put the pressure down on the old nost teams necks. Theres no way they're asking this because it would "put off the creation of official Legacy servers" Blizzards probably coming down hard on them and they're trying to get Elysium to bail them out. Lets hope Elysium has the spine to not fuck over the vanilla community like Nost did.

I completely 100% agree with OP. This server is nothing like vanilla wow retail and I for one am incredibly disappointed in the Elysium staff for giving us this funserver bullshit. The amount of bugs is staggering, to be blizzlike there should be at least 3x more gamebreaking bugs. I have yet to get stuck on a griffin for an hour, not once have I fallen threw the world. And dont even get my started on not once randomly ending up in the stonetalon graveyard. An absolute disgrace.

A lot of people find PvE servers to be boring due to the lack of challenge while leveling. PvP servers are much more appealing thus draw a much bigger crowd. PvE tends to be niche.

TLDR: I was a special snowflake, now im not a special snowflake, devs plz fix. Elysium has way more important issues to deal with than you not being able to jerk yourself off on your white raptor.

Basically this. You can technically raid as whatever spec you want if your guild allows it. But for the most part as everyone as said, dps druids are not really a thing in vanilla raiding. And unlike shadow priests who bring a great buff to raids, the boomkin crit buff can actually be a detriment due to how crits work with threat, causing more downtime for your casters.

It would probably be really slow going if you could pull it off at all. Would also probably require gear beyond the level of the 5-mans your doing.

An issue with that is that in certain cultures buying gold isnt really considered taboo, its considered a normal thing that plenty of people do. So they wont stop buying gold because in their mind theres nothing wrong with that.

I did this second try(1st try was basically me just getting comfortable with the event) as a decently geared spriest who just switched up my spec specifically for this quest. The quest can feel overwhelming at 1st but its actually quite easy if you're prepared.

MCing off the boat was only an offense if you did right right before the boat hit the loading screen, this would cause the victim to be completely stuck and it was a huge pain in the попа to fix. Throwing someone off the boat and forcing them to swim back was never considered an offense on Nost.
