I can't log in, it gets stuck at Authenticating for a while, then it disconnects. Suggestions?

Hi, As soon as I read the news regarding the method to get back our characters I tried to log in the Nost forums to try to check if it worked. But then i remembered the forum subscription was separated and not necessary to play the game. So of course I couldn't log in, but i have all the credentials (3 accounts) saved since the shut down of Nost. Please don't tell me i can't get back my characters due to i dind't subscribe to the forums back then.

They should be aware of this problem so they should have a solution, since they have all the database.
