This is not a bug, it is a feature. WoW Vanilla is a RP adventure game. You are an adventurer. You are supposed to adventure around and find things out. This is the whole point of "adventuring".

AMD 4000+ single core This is your problem. You have a single-core 2005 CPU. I used to own a PC with a single-core Northwood Pentium 4, which was the first PC I played WoW on back in 2005. With a CPU like this, you can only quest and maybe do 5 mans if you are lucky. You can't raid and you will lag substantially when there are many players around you. The only solution is to disable VSYNC and use an alternate software to control FPS such as EVGA PRECISION 4 & Riva Tuner Statistics Server. Overlocking your CPU as much as possible will help too. Don't overclock your GPU as you won't gain anything out of it unless you have a 2005 GPU as well. I suspect your issue is caused by enabled VSYNC b/c we have had other ppl here too with the same issue, and it went away when they disabled VSYNC. http://evga-precision-x.software.informer.com/4.1/

I am using Windows 7 too and I play at 3440X1440 resolution. I also used to play at 6800X2880 or something which is the above resolution three times upscaled via DSR. I didn't have to do anything special for these resolutions to show up on the client. Not sure why the OP has a problem. OP, what is the make and model of your display device aka GPU?

The OP has a point. Instead of regularly changing passwords, which is a hassle and might lead to issues, just enable 2FA and you will never get hacked. Tougher passwords to crack are pwords like these: kJHK^&%T*09KNjklj^&

This seems like a corrupt WoW installation. Delete your current installation and Re-download WoW Vanilla. Before you do that though, try playing without any addons enabled. It is possible that the issue might be caused by an addon.

Wait five minutes and try again. I have had the same thing happen to me once. It fixed itself after a few minutes, and by that I mean that one of the codes I used later on, worked.

Disable all addons and see if you have this issue. Then, disable vertical sync. The issue where game hangs on flight masters could indicate corupted client, so try deleting existing client and download fresh one.
